 Good flavour |
The beef tasted good but it lost so much weight when cooked i didn't like the purchase . Im very familiar with salt beef and often cure my own. I understand how to cook it and the importance of temperature and followed the well understood procedure. It lost almost half its weight when prepared I was shocked and disappointed.This has never happened before . |

I slow cooked it in a marinade of spices in foil and it was succulent and tasty. A lovely pink colour as it should be and very tender. Thank you. |

The best salt beef I have ever had. A superb accompaniment to our Kelly Brinze Turkey. Mouthwateringly tender and flavour. I also bought a chateaubriand on the spur of the moment which was an outstanding New Years Day dinner. Outstanding quality and service always. Thank you for making our Christmas & New Year perfect. |

the salting/curing was superb and the taste wonderful - the texture was a little tight but that was down to the cut.
