Brilliant for a flavourful shredded beef chilli
We split the brisket into 4 for easy freezing. We did various slow cooked, pulled, with one crispy fried to finish. The meat was flavourful, it broke down really well during cooking, and we'd definitely be ordering this & the beef shin again.

It was delivered in a box with cooling packets to keep it fresh.

Good flavour
The beef tasted good but it lost so much weight when cooked i didn't like the purchase . Im very familiar with salt beef and often cure my own. I understand how to cook it and the importance of temperature and followed the well understood procedure. It lost almost half its weight when prepared I was shocked and disappointed.This has never happened before .

Christmas Day Roast Beef
Considering I had never roasted a sirloin of beef before, I followed the instructions from the enclosed leaflet and on your website, and the joint ended up beautifully cooked. Tender and juicy, cooked to medium, and enjoyed by the whole family. Definitely would buy again.

Brisket to salt beef
lovely top cut of brisket marbled and very tasty .. it made great salt beef and lovely poached beef.
i would love to be able to purchase brisket with lots of the fat remaining as it would make interesting traditional salt beef but alas most of the fat is removed today but still a fantastic product ,as is all the meat I have tried from Kelly Beef
