Salmon Cut - Approx. pack size 1.5kg
Smaller than most beef roasts. Salmon cut is full of flavour and is an excellent roasting joint, and leftovers can be thinly sliced and used for sandwiches. Cook by searing in a hot pan and place in a hot oven (200C) for about 30-40 minutes, should be served pink.
